Description:  I saw a train moving North from Crescent and caught it at Loveland. Much to my suprise it was UP 9262 going solo. I don't know where it was going. I saw no trains in distress or with a dead unit so I don't know why this unit would be sent up from Council Bluffs

My Wife Saw It First....
Title:  My Wife Saw It First....
Description:  She was driving and saw movement in a line of trees bordering the CN(IC) line. Soon thereafter the crossing signals activated. This is the lead unit of the 2x daily CN manifest from Fort Dodge IA to Council Bluffs and back. What is truly exciting is that usually this train runs in the dead of night. So this was a treat and in fact the start of a great drive home.
